Jack wins awards!
Dogstar’s Associate Artist, Jack MacGregor, won the highly prestigious Traverse Theatre – Edinburgh University IASH Fellowship in November, a residency for a year which includes a commission to write a brand new play. Now he has won the Assembly Festival’s 2026 ART Award!
This award supports new Scottish writing at the Edinburgh Fringe and is for Jack’s new play, PROPHETS.
It will enable the play to be presented at Fringe throughout August at Assembly Roxy’s venue, ROXY BOXY. PROPHETS is a gripping play about faith, forgiveness and colonialism.
