INFORMATION FOR PROMOTERS

Dogstar tours its productions to a wide range of venues. 
Our core touring work in Scotland takes us to places which range from small village halls in rural communities to 600-seat theatres in Scotland's cities. 
This means that each of our productions is designed to be flexible, enabling us to provide audiences with a rewarding professional theatre experience just about anywhere.  Our productions have visited venues for a single performance and for month-long runs.  We can tour with our own lighting, projection and sound equipment.  Our production managers work with venues well in advance, providing lighting and sound plans and scheduling fit-ups etc.  Our marketing and administrative staff also endeavour to work closely with promoters and venues, negotiating contracts, providing high-quality publicity and marketing material and developing press and publicity work.

We have a proven track record of delivering consistently stimulating and adventurous theatre experiences for our audiences in Scotland and abroad.  Dogstar has been producing theatre in Scotland for 15 years. 

The company has also taken its work to Ukraine, Sweden,Australia,Poland, Denmark, Germany and The United States of America where it has been received with great acclaim.
